Camel Tour to the Kyzyl-Kum desert

Camel Camp is located in the Kyzyl-Kum desert, among the dunes, 10 km from the village Yangigazgan. There are set yurta-tents for resting and sleeping. Camel riding, which optionally lasts from one to several days, starting from the place where you stop.

From the camp our travelers ride on camels to Aydarkul Lake, which is also known as "geographical miracle" that formed in the waterless desert.

Currently Lake Aydarkul is the second largest lake in Uzbekistan after the Aral Sea. It gradually increases in size, gradually pushing back the boundaries of the desert.

Thousand of waders and waterfowl, as well as Karakalpak fishing crews with their vessels, have already moved here from shoaling Aral Sea. People began to hunt the animals of the desert, wrangle here.

On the territory of Lake Aydarkul inhabits a huge number of animals listed in the Red Book, as well as bird cormorant, heron, pelican, duck, swan, goose, gull. The lake is very rich in fish, such as carp, perch, bream and catfish. You can meet rare species of medicinal herbs and plants here too.

Aydarkul Lake is located away from human habitation and the cities, so pristine silence surrounds it.

After riding a camel, it is very nice to dip into the warm, brackish waters of the lake, which is rich in minerals.

It is possible to organize a folklore concert with a picnic on the shore of Lake Aydrakul by your request.

Our path to the camel park lies through the gorge Sarmysh. The gorge Sarmysh is considered one of the largest rock art galleries in the world. More than 3500 petroglyphs (from the Neolithic to the Middle Ages) is concentrated at a distance of 2 kilometers. These are the images of animals and humans, made by a man on the rocks of ancient times.

Camel Tour is not limited with camel riding in the Kara-Kum and Kyzyl-Kum desert. In order you fully feel the flavor of the East, our path goes further to Samarkand and Bukhara, for learning about architecture and history of these ancient cities.
