Description:
"Shaherezada" is a small family hotel in the old city near the gate "Tash Darvoza" in Ichan-Kala fortress, in the three-minute walk from the minaret of Islam Khoja.
The hotel has 12 rooms.
Hosts of the hotel are very friendly and hospitable people.
The hotel building is a new building, but in the style of old Khiva houses. In the hotel "Shaherezada" there are a lot of wood carvings, the owner of the hotel is a well-known in the city carver.
In the hall on the first floor, decorated in national style, where tourists eat breakfast, you can, at will, settle for a low table, on kurpachah (mattresses), or at the table.
There are carpets everywhere in the hotel, and people walk here without shoes - by the Muslim tradition, that gives rest their legs.
By order there are prepared dishes of Uzbek cuisine. Tea and sweets are served free.
