Description:
The hotel "Orient Star" is located in the fortress-museum Ichan-Kala, in the building of madrasah Muhammed Aminkhan (1851-1855). This madrasah is one of the largest in Uzbekistan.
In the 19 century the madrasah served as a spiritual school. The students in hujra (cells) lived here, studied theology, Arabic language, reading the Koran, Islamic law and other disciplines.
The Hotel "Orient Star" has 40 rooms. Its rooms are restored hujras.
