Melons of Uzbekistan

Melons of Uzbekistan - one of the best in the world. This is one of the favorite food of the people of Uzbekistan. Melons are rich in glucose, vitamins that increase the vitality of man. Melons are eaten fresh, cooked jam of them, in summer its pulp is dried.

They are a favorite sweet dish for dinner, and in the evening, after a busy hot day, used for removing tiredness and thirst.

This crop is more than two thousand years. In the East people say: "Melon makes hair shiny, eyes younger, lips fresh, desires strong, the possibility turn to the actions, makes men desired, and women beautiful".

The properties of dried melon is fully consistent with the fresh, and preferably possess the ability to dry-cure, to dry it. It is difficult to enumerate all the healing power of Melon: it heals from anemia, gout, urolithiasis, all diseases of the cardiovascular system, intestine, liver.

Moreover, Avicenna recommended decoction of melon seeds for removing smallpox scars. They're an excellent means for the treatment of impotence. It is necessary to dry the seeds, grind in a coffee grinder and to eat one teaspoon 3-4 times a day.
